Ako ste željni promjene i volite probati jela s raznih strana svijeta, predstavljamo vam jedno od meni dražih jela u kineskim restoranima Sjeverne Amerike.

Neke originalne sastojke sam zamijenio onima što se mogu naći kod nas. Npr. ulje od kamenica koje ide u umak zamijenio sam umakom od soje s dodatkom šećera: na jednu jušnu žlicu umaka od soje ide ½ čajne žlice šećera. Rižino vino za kuhanje zamijenjeno je običnim vinom ili vinom za kuhanje. Škrob od tapioke zamijenio sam gustinom.

Isto tako, modificirao sam i samu proceduru., ovisno o vrsti mesa koje imate na raspolaganju.

Zbog brzine kojom se jelo pravi, preporučam vam sve sastojke unaprijed pripremiti.

Sastojci, za 4 osobe

Marinada

  • 2 jušne žlice crvenog vina za kuhanje (može i jače stolno vino)
  • 2 čajne žlice tamnog umaka od soje
  • 2 čajne žlica gustina
  • 700 g junetine ili govedine (potrbušina se najlakše priprema)

Umak

  • 6 jušnih žlica tamnog umaka od soje
  • 3 čajne žlice šećera
  • 4 jušne žlice crvenog vina za kuhanje
  • 2/3 šalice goveđeg temeljca
  • 4 čajne žlice gustina
Sastojci
Češnjak i đumbir

Ostali sastojci

  • 2 jušne žlice biljnog ulja za prženje
  • 2 čajne žlica fino sjeckanog đumbira
  • 2 manje glavice sjeckanog luka ili strukova mladog luka
  • 4 češnja fino sjeckanog češnjaka
  • 2 jušne žlice smrvljenog crnog papra
  • 1/2 čajne žlice suhe ljutice paprike, ili prema želji
  • obareno povrće brokolija, šparoga, cvjetače ili drugog povrća po želji (ja obično uzmem neki mix smrznutog povrća, kao što je fitness ili carska mješavina)
Korak 7: Zapržite meso
Korak 8: Dodajte umak

Upute

  1. Ovisno o vrsti mesa, treba ga po potrebi prethodno termički obraditi. Ja ga osobno kuham u expres loncu nekih 30-45 minuta i koristim kao temeljac za juhu, te sastojak za sami umak. Tako ćete dobiti i bujon potreban za umak.
  2. Pomiješajte dobro sastojke za marinadu u zdjeli (u koju ćete dodati meso)
  3. Dodajte isječeno meso u marinadu i dobro ga umiješajte te ostavite da stoji 20-ak minuta
  4. Pomiješajte sastojke za umak u drugoj posudi
  5. Zagrijte dobro ulje u woku ili šerpi.
  6. Dodajte đumbir, češnjak i luk, te kratko pirjajte (do 1 min)
  7. Dodajte meso i nastavite pirjati još par minuta
  8. Dodajte smjesu umaka i kuhajte oko par minuta dok se umak ne zgusne.
  9. Servirajte s povrćem ili prilogom po želji.
